Description: Aultman, Ohio was a little community located west of Greentown, Ohio. It began when the Stripe Brothers founded the Valley Sewer Pipe and Fire Brick Works in 1870. The opening of the Valley Railroad put Aultman on the map. Herbert B. Camp founded the Title and Conduit Works in 1881. He first made bricks but by 1888 he waking the conduits for underground telephone lines. His first major contract was the Niagara Falls Electric Company. He sold the plant to National Fireproofing Company in 1902. NATCO abandoned Aultman in 1962.
